Chocolate is a vague term, are you referring to sugar packed chocolate? Because dark chocolate with minimal or no sugar content is excellent for you.

Depends on the mood. I lean towards dark chocolate but I have my days of liking milk chocolate every once in a while.

Also, cut out things like vegetable oils when cooking. That stuff is bad for you.

Wow!! This is amazing, Niharikaa!! I’ve a skin allergies too, mostly due to my sensitive skin types. But starting healthy habits Issa great start for anyone! Maybe I’ll start with the replacing those water intakes with my morning tea!! Cheers! <3

I had acne issues.

I tried everything, even spending a lot of money. But that time, I did not pay attention to food.

But a few years back, I met with a skin expert who gave me expensive product suggestions but also said one thing—"reduce intake of sugar and milk." The rest, I was doing.

The day, I minimized sugar intake and focused on my foods, I felt drastic changes. Acne gone.

.

.

Now I have learned many things about healthy food. Recently it has helped me to reduce 8 kg in 2.5 months after my last miscarriage.

Now, no compromise with healthy food...

Thanks for sharing your story...

Great ideas! I love to have a cup of hot water with lemon first thing in the morning, before I eat anything. I think it's truly key to glowing skin!

These are great suggestions. Could you say more about the teaspoon of fennel and sugar you sometimes have after lunch? Is there some particular benefit from the fennel? Thanks.

Amazing! This exactly reflects my experience. The key to weight loss for me has been giving up wheat and other flour. So no roti, bread (including sourdough!), cake, biscuits... I still cheat occasionally, especially when traveling, but every time I do it, it shows on the waist almost immediately. The duplicate key is eating 80%!
